Frequently Asked Questions

  • No. Our initial meeting is complimentary and obligation-free.

The first meeting is intended as an introductory discussion, allowing us to get to know each other and determine how we may be able to assist you.

If you decide to proceed beyond this initial meeting, we will discuss the costs involved and outline the process before you agree to move forward.

  • Getting started is simple. Reach out through our Contact Us Page, or by calling us to arrange an initial meeting.

  • Our advice process consists of two broad components:

    1. Initial Advice

Initial advice involves gaining an understanding of your circumstances, goals and objectives, concerns, and how you envisage your future. We use this information to develop tailored recommendations designed to help you achieve your goals.

These recommendations are provided in a formal document known as a Statement of Advice.

    2. Ongoing Service

Our ongoing service allows us to review your situation on a regular basis, typically annually. This ensures we can take into account any changes to your circumstances, relevant legislative changes, and, most importantly, assess progress towards achieving your long-term goals.

  • We charge fees for the preparation of initial advice (Statement of Advice) and for the implementation of our recommendations.

We also charge an ongoing service fee should you choose to engage us for ongoing advice and review services.

In most cases, our fees are paid via invoice. In certain circumstances, particularly where superannuation advice is provided, advice fees may be paid from your superannuation account, or through a combination of superannuation funding and direct invoice.
